OFFICIAL NOTICE

EEBA ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING 2025

1. Notice is hereby given that the 22nd Annual General Meeting of Express & Excursion Bus Association (“the Association”) will be physically held on 30th June 2025, Monday at 4PM at EEBA Secretariat office (28 Sin Ming Lane, #04-131, Midview City, Singapore 573972).

2. The agenda of the AGM as follows:

• Minutes of the last Annual General Meeting 2024 (Please download the Meeting Minutes here)

• President Report

• Presentation of Honorary Treasurer Report (Please download the Audited Report YE2024 here)

• Amendment to Constitution (Please download the Proposed Amendment of Rules here)
• Election of EEBA Executive Committee for Term 2025 - 2027

• To re-appoint A. Achieve PAC as the Association’s Auditor

• Close of Annual General Meeting 2025

3. Only current members who have paid their 2025 membership subscription fee in full are eligible to attend the 22nd EEBA AGM 2025. Members who have not paid their fees are allowed to pay their subscription fee in full on-site to attend the AGM.

4. Only Ordinary Members who have paid their 2025 membership subscription fee in full are eligible to vote at the AGM. Associate Member and Honorary Life Member are not eligible to vote.

5. A member may nominate a proxy to execute the right to vote. The proxy form has to be submitted to the secretariat any time prior to the meeting. Any proxy presented thereafter shall be deemed null and void. (Please download the Proxy Form here)

6. Only Ordinary Members can fill out the Nomination Form. Nomination for election to the Executive Committee shall be duly signed by a Proposer and a Seconder by two Ordinary Members. It shall be submitted to the Secretary not less than seven (7) days before the meeting is due to be held. In this case, the nomination form to be sent to admin@eeba.sg before 4PM, 23rd June 2025. 7. Any member who would like to place an item on the agenda may do so, provided he/she gives notice to the Honorary Secretary one week before the meeting is due to be held. In this case, written notice to be sent to admin@eeba.sg before 4PM, 23rd June 2025.
