EEBA ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING 2026

Greetings from Express & Excursion Bus Association (EEBA)!

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the 23rd Annual General Meeting of EEBA will be physically held as follows:

Date: 25 June 2026, Thursday

Time: 4PM - 5PM

Venue: EEBA Secretariat office (28 Sin Ming Lane, #04-131, Midview City, Singapore 573972)

The agenda of the AGM as follows:

1. Adoption of Minutes of the 22nd Annual General Meeting

2. President Report

- by Mr. Voo Wei Keong, President of EEBA

3. Presentation & Adoption of EEBA Financial Report for YE2025

- by Mr. Elson Yap. Treasurer of EEBA

4. To re-appoint A. Achieve PAC as the Association’s Auditor

Only current members who have paid their 2026 membership subscription fee in full are eligible to attend the 23rd EEBA AGM 2026. Members who have not paid their fees are allowed to pay their subscription fee in full on-site to attend the AGM.

Only Ordinary Members who have paid their 2026 membership subscription fee in full are eligible to vote at the AGM. Associate Member and Honorary Life Member are not eligible to vote.

A member may nominate a proxy to execute the right to vote. The proxy form has to be submitted to the Secretariat (email to admin@eeba.sg) any time prior to the meeting. Any proxy presented thereafter shall be deemed null and void. (Please click HERE to download the Proxy Form)

Any member who would like to place an item on the agenda may do so, provided he/she gives notice to the Secretary one week before the meeting is due to be held. In this case, written notice to be sent to admin@eeba.sg by 18 June 2026. 

Eligible members are highly encouraged to attend the AGM. Kindly RSVP your attendance before 12PM, 24 June 2026, via the link provided HERE.
